F Series Horizontal 3-Cylinder Single Acting Piston Drilling Mud Pump For Oilfield Drilling Projects
F Series Drilling Mud Pump is applicable to the requirement of high pump pressure in oil field and high displacement technology of well drilling with its solid and compact structure, small volume and outstanding operation performance.
F Series Drilling Mud Pump has long stroke maintaining operation at lower frequency resulting in enhancing the performance of giving water effectively and prolonging the lifetime of the consumable hydrokinetic parts, the air-suction kit is advanced in structure and reliable at operation to reach the optimized absorbing target of air suction into line pipe.
F Series Drilling Mud Pump powering side adopts the combined lubrication id forced and flashing lubrication featured with reliable lubrication and adding the operation lifetime of powering part.
This series pump is widely used in oil fields and other lines of industrial and mining enterprises, operation of drilling well and well repairing in oil field and other lines of industrial and mining enterprises, operation of drilling well and well repairing etc.

Features
1. The pump has features of advanced structure, small volume, reliable operation, easy maintenance.
2. The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable.
3. The suction valve and discharge valve of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.
4. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating.
5. The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency.
6. The hydraulic cylinder, cylinder liner, piston, valve body, valve seat, valve spring, seal, valve cover, cylinder head of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.
