1.Description:
>The drill pipe is a steel pipe with threads at the end, which is used to connect the surface equipment of the drilling rig. The purpose of the drill pipe is to transport the drilling mud to the drill bit and together with the drill bit to raise, lower or rotate the bottom hole device.
>The threads are standard API connections, like 2 3/8" API REG thread, 3 1/2" API REG thread or API IF thread, etc.The length of drill pipe from 1000mm to 6000mm.
>Drill pipe must be able to withstand enormous internal and external pressure, twisting, bending and vibration. The drill pipe can be used many times.
>Normally we are offering 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, 95mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm.
>According to different application, different diameters of drill tubes are needed.
2.Applications:
-Drill pipe is mainly used for rock crushing, anchoring drilling, geothermal air conditioning hole, water well drilling, etc. Materials are purchased from well-know large enterprise of domestic.
-Drill pipe joints are quenched and tempered after rough machining, and surface nitriding treatment after finishing, that makes the joints more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble without thread sticky, breaking and cracking.
